Primrose & Co Native Detox Bath Salts are blended with Kawakawa and Mānuka Leaf. Kawakawa and Mānuka leaf are both known for their wonderful healing properties and aid in the soothing and repair of insect bites, stings, skin rashes, poor circulation, bruises, wounds, burns, aches, pains, sunburn, dry cracked skin, eczema, psoriasis, and inflammation.
Kawakawa (Macropiper excelsum) is a New Zealand native shrub or small tree which grows throughout New Zealand. Its beautiful heart-shaped leaves are very aromatic, and native looper moth caterpillars find them irresistible. As a defence against being chewed to bits, the kawakawa plant releases an oil that gives the leaves their medicinal value and smell fresh and uplifting.
